Days 107-108: When all Hell breaks loose....knit

I have spent yesterday and today with friends at hospitals....one for a new baby born and one fighting for a full and healthy life. I feel so helpless to be of any use to either when all I can really do is hug them, and be there sparingly, and knit. I have finished a mere two rows of knitting in two days, but I have loved my friends, and that matters more than anything else. I WILL finish this project eventually!
